Support Request: My machine is lost in space?

I can not seem to find a machine that was registered with sitekiosk.online
It seems that you split the platform // server assignment // after i configured my machines.
By default, as I am in the USA, and the machines I deployed are in the USA, that I thought I would have myself and my team assigned to the USA server. BUT.... that is not the case. This really makes no difference - other than I can not seem to find a machine that was associated with my account. 6 valid licenses, only 4 licenses being used... so what to do?

Thank you for your inquiry. Originally the SiteKiosk Online service started with https://sitekiosk.online/ only. Then last year this server started service https://us.sitekiosk.online/. They are separate and data is not shared. You can login to https://us.sitekiosk.online/ to see your account and devices.

If your devices are offline, you must physically investigate the reason. You can use your master password found in Team>>Security>>Current Password. To enter your master password to exit the software, click the text below the login text entry at the prompt after your gesture.

It can be a simple case of changing your Wi-Fi credentials or making an exception for SiteKiosk Online on your network. Once connection is restored your device will return to displaying your project as it should. If you have further questions, please email us at support-america(at)sitekiosk.com.
