Description

I haven't used SiteKiosk Online since 2022. I am logged into my account [Obfuscated] and I can see my invoices and licenses no problem. When I go to https://us.sitekiosk.online/pub/login.aspx I'm told my password is invalid. When I click the Forgot Password link it tells me my username isn't found in the database.
We now have a need to deploy some Kiosks. How do I get my account back please?

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, you will need to create an account to start over. Your SiteKiosk Online account only keeps your data for 60 days after last license expires. We offer licenses on annual basis. If you have not exported your project ZIP from back then, you will need to create new projects when you start a new account.

We now offer automatic license renewal so you can avoid this happening if you have payment information on your account at www.sitekiosk.com . See https://us.sitekiosk.online/help/en/Licensing.html
