Support Request: Error Code 7

Description

I went to check on a Kiosk that was offline for a few days. However, I couldn't check that as I got Emergency Mode LicenseExpired Code 7. I bought this license 6 weeks ago so I need to know where I went wrong. Did I use the old, demo license by mistake? Also, how do I clear this?

There are not any issues with your licenses. It looks like the device cannot contact the server to verify that. Is this device connected to the internet? To check this you can click the "Exit" button on the screen and then close SiteKiosk. If the device is connected to the internet you can use your SiteKiosk Online user name and password. If not, you can use either the master password (>Team >Security) or a Windows admin password. You will see a small ink at the bottom of the exit dialog to choose the logout options. After logging out, you can log in as Windows admin. Open SiteKiosk Online and click Registration. Send a screenshot of that to contact(at)sitekiosk.info.
