Support Request: How to upgrade the on-premise SiteKiosk Online version

Hello,

We have the on-premises version of SiteKiosk Online. How do we upgrade the version when there is a new release? Also is there any notification when there is a new release?

Hello,

I was reading the https://www.sitekiosk.com/wp-content/uploads/sitekioskonline-server-install-en.pdf guide to see how to upgrade. There is a section that states

"If updating from an older version of SiteKiosk Online you also need to obtain a new SiteKiosk Online server license as the old license is not valid anymore. The procedure for the license key is the same as before."

Does this mean i need to request a new license file from you?

Thank you for your inquiry. Notifications are not provided regarding new releases for On-Prem Versions. You can check quarterly to biannually here for these releases: https://www.sitekiosk.com/sitekiosk-online-version-history/

You can find install instructions that will work install over the current version: https://www.sitekiosk.com/wp-content/uploads/sitekioskonline-server-install-en.pdf
You can find settings to make note of to restore after version upgrade: https://www.sitekiosk.com/wp-content/uploads/sitekioskonline_admin_guide_en.pdf
