Thank you for your inquiry. You can review your SiteKiosk logs for any messages related to any denied access to your websites. The logs can be found in Service Personnel Admin Login>>Show Current Logfiles, Configuration>>Logfiles (>>Open logfile in editor) and directly in SiteKiosk Log files - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Logfiles (formatted as "yyyy-mm-dd.txt" files).

The most applicable rule would be Surfing Area rules found in Configuration>Surfing Area: https://www.sitekiosk.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?surfing_area.htm . You may need to adjust the rules to allow the new URL as the original page has been redirected. See example logs:

This page may not work well with IE Browser (inside SiteKiosk) due to support ending in 2022. You can switch the Chrome Browser using a newer version of SiteKiosk (updated license is needed, contact us for more details: https://www.sitekiosk.com/contact/ ). Could you please confirm whether we currently have a SiteKiosk Online license or a Classic license?
