Support Request: Unable to login to SiteKiosk Online

Description

I am unable to login to SiteKiosk. Keeps telling my password is incorrect, I try to reset and it tells me I am not found in the database. Here is our license key for the SiteKiosk Online. I need to be able to get back in.
