Support Request: Powerpoint Viewer don't OPEN ppsx as screensaver

Hello,
please I need help with the settings powerpoint viewer as default app for presentation in ppsx. Now is after opened presentation I get white screen without the error message.

In to the file config.xml (file manager) I inserted the code

Hello,

You cannot use SiteKiosk Object Model in the screen saver and also displaying PowerPoint files directly is not supported.
But you can use the PowerPoint application to export the PowerPoint presentation as video (mp4) and then add the video to the SiteKiosk Player in the screen saver settings.
