Support Request: User profile service failed the logon User profile cannot be loaded

Description

We have encountered the problem about our Kiosk pc of branches recently, user reported that the kiosk pc can't login and shown error message (please see the attachment file), kindly please help how to fix the issue, thanks!

Remarks:
1. Model :All in one PC, using the Win7 OS and Windows 7 IE8 Skin in Kisok, also setup the "unprotected" of system security manager .
2. Same configuration , no change recently.

This issue does not apply to SiteKiosk but to the Windows system.

Your other error message indicates that the user you are logged in as does not have permission to write to the registry and SiteKiosk was blocked from writing the registry settings necessary for Autostart mode. The user account under which you activate the auto start mode of SiteKiosk needs to have administrative rights. What other software is installed on the system? As a first step make sure to log in with an Admin user and temporarily disable your antivirus.
