Support Request: the sitecaster page is error and the publishing not work via digitalSignage

Reproduction

Dear

We have a project consists of 15 kiosks, 18 media screens and using PCs widows7 , and we want to use license of 15 sitekiosk, 18 sitecaster and siteremte server.

We setup trail siteremote server with widows server12 R and SQL server12 and using browser : Google / Firefox
From the same sever machine, we can open and operate the siteremote taps of each of : monitoring, sitekiosk , digitalSignage, sitecaster, reporting , and administration, but the publishing not work via digitalSignage
From the other machine inside network domain , we can operate the siteremote pages of each of: monitoring, sitekiosk ,reporting , and administration, but when we click on the sitecaster tap, the page is error, also the publishing not work via digitalSignage

Please you help me to solve this problem ,
Also if you have a new version of siteremote sever without digital signage tape, please you reply it

Hello,

Generally SiteKiosk 9.5 is out of support (the current version is 9.6 https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/Downloads/Download.aspx?ItemId=1 ) but there is no known issue.
When using SiteCaster CMS make sure registering SiteKiosk to SiteRemote and starting SiteKiosk with a SiteCaster CMS configuration to be able to receive content.

You may generally check that it works by creating a test team on https://www.siteremote.net and registering your client machine to that test team.

The Digital Signage content and also the new SiteCaster CMS content (even as the corresponding web pages) require the port 443 (https).

For your SiteRemote Server installation:
Please be sure that you have the required ports open for communication between the client machines and SiteRemote outlined in this article.

Verify that you configured a FQDN for the application root and XMPP URL (SiteRemote Server configuration tool) and that the Server pages can be access by using this URL.

Also make sure that you have a valid SiteRemote Server license that also includes SiteCaster CMS if you want to use SiteCaster CMS (you can check at the main SiteRemote Administration page).
Furthermore you need to add a SiteCaster CMS license to your team.

We just published a new SiteRemote Server version where new teams you create will not have the Digital Signage tab but just the SiteCaster tab.

we use trial siteremote sever inside LAN/Intranet of organization, sever name : display-lcd, static IP address: 72.16.3.70, ports : any (open all),
We setup trail sitekiosk 9.6 , trial siteremote server 6 with widows server12 R and SQL server12 and using browser : IE, Google / Firefox

Firstly, we test kiosk terminals with a trial siteremote.net at cloud, its working and no problem

At the same server machine to use siteremote :
When enter to https:// 72.16.3.70, redirect to, https://display-lcd/pup/lonin, we login and open siteremote pages and we see the kiosks tree and we can use task job
when use digital signage tap , we can use campaign, schedule, and publishing , but no transfer file to kiosk machine, the error message at attached file
when enter to https:// display-lcd/SiteCasterCMS , we open sitecater editor but when we click to purplish (for only one kiosk terminal) produce message " Project can't be published" therefor no link with kiosk terminal

At the other PC machine to enter to siteremote :
When enter to https:// 72.16.3.70, redirect to, https://display-lcd/pup/lonin, we login and open siteremote pages and we see the kiosks tree and we can use task job
when use digital signage tap , we can use campaign, schedule, and publishing , but no transfer file to kiosk machine, the error message, at attached file
when enter to https:// display-lcd/SiteCasterCMS , produce message: no page found , URL is https://display-lcd/Authentication/Authorize.aspx?response_type=code&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2FDISPLAY-LCD%2Fsitecastercms%2Fauth%2Fprovider%2Fcallback&scope=MachineManager%20UserManager%20LicenseInfo%20Auditing&client_id=SiteCasterCMS

For Server configuration, we create new certificate
For license page, we select " fixed period with SiteCaster" but it changed to [n/a] in type field


I think this problem is authentication from siteremote server to kiosk terminal for sitecater or digitalsignage files

In regards to SiteCaster CMS I think it might be a problem of your SiteRemote Server license.
