Support Request: Sitekiosk only opens a small window on my Samsung SM-X200 tablet.

Description

I have 6 identical tablets (Samsung SM-X200 Android 13) but only 1 is having this display issue. It looks like a PIP covering the upper left corner of my screen. I updated to the newest version of software on both the tablet and the kiosk and the issue persists. Please advise.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Please note that Android 13 OS is not officially supported by SiteKiosk Online: https://us.sitekiosk.online/help/en/SystemRequirements.html

The issue you are describing is known and is being investigated. There are two solutions:

1. Make a copy of your project, rename it in Project Settings>>General, then try different zoom levels over 100% in Project Settings>>User Interface>>User Interface Zoom. Publish your device to test.

2. In Project Settings>>Advanced Settings>>Custom Settings, set these values and test:

Path: ui.scalingBasedOnDeviceDefault
Value: True

Remember to Save twice. Results may vary by device and depends on the zoom level in Project Settings>>User Interface>>User Interface Zoom (default 100%).

Looks like I only needed to make a change in the custom settings. Everything else remained the same after copying. Not sure why the others aren't behaving the same, but left them on their default project. Thanks for the quick fix!
