Support Request: Problem to access user area

Description

Good morning, I configured an interface with a simple link to https://beneficiari.edenred.it/login . The site contains only the user field (email) and normally (outside SK) after inserting the user, the password field compares.
Inside SK it's not so becausa after the user I must verify the uman identity with the google recaptcha but after solving the issue I must to solve another one and go on inifinity times.
What can be the issue of this strange behaviour?
Thank a lot
Edoardo

Hello,

unfortunately, I cannot test it, because without valid access data no captcha is displayed (I only get the message "Le credenziali d'accesso non sono corrette".

However, Google Captchas generally work in SiteKiosk Classic Windows: https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo

First you may create a new SiteKiosk configuration in which you only set the start page and test it again.

If this does not help, perhaps it works with a newer Chromium CEF version?
The current SiteKiosk Classic Windows Version 9.9.6744 uses Chromium (CEF) 118.
But here you can find a ZIP with a newer Chromium CEF version (122) that you can use with SiteKiosk Classic Windows 9.9.6744 (installation instructions in the ReadMe.txt):
https://www.sitekiosk.com/eu/sitekiosk-classic-windows-version-history/

Or you may check it with our current product SiteKiosk Online: https://www.sitekiosk.com/eu/sitekiosk/

Also, because SiteRemote, SiteCaster and SiteKiosk Classic are legacy products.
SiteRemote and SiteCaster will only receive service updates (security updates and bug fixes) for until the end of 2025.
SiteRemote.net will cease operations on the 31st of December 2025 as is communicated on the login page of https://www.siteremote.net.
If you have your own SiteRemote server you can still use it after the 31st of December 2025 for as long as you like. This product will receive no support after that date, though.

SiteKiosk Classic as a standalone software will still be available. There is currently no planned end date for it.
But as a legacy product it receives limited support, meaning only severe bugs will be fixed and the Chromium browser engine will be updated about 1 or 2 times a year.

Therefore, please also take a look at our current product SiteKiosk Online.
You can test everything before you purchase any license.
Simply create a so-called team at https://sitekiosk.online

After creating and logging in to your team, you can create a new project under >Projects (e.g. with Browser Template), which can then be published to the SiteKiosk Online Client(s), that you have registered to the team.

The client software can be downloaded under >Dashboard>Downloads (there is client software for Windows and for Android).
System requirements: https://sitekiosk.online/help/en/SystemRequirements.html

After installing the SiteKiosk Online Client & registering it with your team (there is also a client for Windows that automatically registers the client with your team), you can log in to your team at sitekiosk.online and publish the project.
Here is some more information about the client: https://sitekiosk.online/help/en/SiteKioskClient.html

There is also an online documentation available:

Thanks a lot for you tip!

With the newer Chromium CEF version it works fine.
