Support Request: New license

Description

Goodmorning,

We want to buy a new license for the account info(at)museumlunteren.nl.
We are the new IT company of Museum Lunteren, so it’s the first time to renew it.

Can you help me with license we have to buy?
We have 4 monitors so in my opinion we have to buy the SiteKiosk Cloud – Annual Plan. Every year we pay €130,-

In case you still use www.siteremote.net you need one "SiteKiosk Cloud – Annual Plan" license per client:

Please note:
SiteRemote, SiteCaster and SiteKiosk Classic are legacy products.
SiteRemote and SiteCaster will only receive service updates (security updates and bug fixes) for until the end of 2025.
SiteRemote.net will cease operations on the 31st of December 2025 as is communicated on the login page of https://www.siteremote.net.
If you have your own SiteRemote server you can still use it after the 31st of December 2025 for as long as you like. This product will receive no support after that date, though.

SiteKiosk Classic as a standalone software will still be available. There is currently no planned end date for it.
But as a legacy product it receives limited support, meaning only severe bugs will be fixed and the Chromium browser engine will be updated about 1 or 2 times a year.


Therefore, please also take a look at our current product SiteKiosk Online https://www.sitekiosk.com/eu/sitekiosk/

SiteKiosk Online is designed from scratch and, except for the start mode of the client software, everything is configured on the SiteKiosk Online server (in the projects you can publish on the client computers).
With SiteKiosk Online you can create interactive content as well as display scheduled and event-driven content.
The licensing of the client is also handled by the server and you no longer need to store any licensing information on the client.

You can test everything before you purchase any license.
Simply create a so-called team at https://sitekiosk.online

After creating and logging in to your team, you can create a new project under >Projects (e.g. with Browser Template), which can then be published to the SiteKiosk Online Client(s), that you have registered to the team.

The client software can be downloaded under >Dashboard>Downloads (there is client software for Windows and for Android).

After installing the SiteKiosk Online Client & registering it with your team (there is also a client for Windows that automatically registers the client with your team), you can log in to your team at sitekiosk.online and publish the project.
