Support Request: Unable to purchase new licenses

Hello SiteKiosk Team,

I'm from the EllisDon IT procurement team and we are having issues ordering new SiteKiosk licenses.

Our Account Email is : <Obfustcated>
Customer Number: 1881545

We're trying to purchase two (2) SiteKiosk Online Cloud - Annual Plan licenses but once we click on purchase, it takes us back to the homepage without actually purchasing the licenses.
