Support Request: License suddenly unregistered
A machine that has had a license since 2022 all of a sudden reported that it had an evaluation copy and that it was unregistered. I registered it again using Configure SiteKiosk with the same key that was used to register it originally. What could cause this to happen and do I need to worry that other machines will do this as well? Is it possible we overused a key pushing us over the limit for that particular order? We haven't registered anything new with those keys which were purchased back in 2022 so I'm not sure how that would happen. Any insights as to how we can determine what went wrong would be helpful. Thanks
