Support Request: Printing Issues

Description

We are attempting to set up a printer for 2 of the pc's to use. The printer is installed and is the default for the machine as well as in the sitekiosk online settings. However when we are logged in as the sitekiosk user we are unable to print.

Any assistance is appreciated

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. SiteKiosk Online uses the default printer configured on Windows. Ensure that the printer is set as your default printer and uncheck the option "Let Windows manage your default printer". If you installed the printer after installing the SiteKiosk Online Client, open SiteKiosk Online Quick Start in your Windows user account with administrative rights and go to ">>Configure local client-machine>>Settings>>Default Printer>>Settings" and select the printer you want to use.

Additionally, you need to activate the "Allow Printing" option in the project under>Settings>Printing.

If you still cannot print, please check the printer settings while logged in as SiteKiosk user and conduct testing by running SiteKiosk Online using the icon on the Desktop (Test Mode only). See steps on how to access the SiteKiosk user account:
