Support Request: Issue with printing from sitekiosk online

Description

I use sitekiosk online
I have an issue with printing from sitekiosk
when i print from sitekiosk the document is not print
But when i turnoff sitekiosk and print from computer is ok

i alreday set the default printer in sitekiosk
but same result, no print from
site kiosk

You quick reply will be verry helpfull.

Hello,

SiteKiosk Online is just using the default printer configured on Windows. If you installed the printer after installing the SiteKiosk Online Client (or just to be sure the printer you want to use is setup as default printer in the SiteKiosk user account, used in Auto Start mode), start SiteKiosk Online in a Windows user account with administrative rights and go to ">Configure local client-machine>Settings>Default Printer>Settings" and select the printer you want to use.

Otherwise, you only need to activate the "Allow Printing" option in the project under>Settings>Printing.
