Support Request: Error: IP Address is not authorized

Description

Our punch clocks are displaying this meesage accross all of our sites in the organization. Sometimes I can refresh and get it to display properly but then it reverts back to this. Any Ideas on how to try and fix? All of our IP addresses are not blocked or firewalled and the authorization is granted- nothing has changed in our environment in the last 48 hrs to have had this happen.

Thank you for your inquiry. Though nothing may have changed on your end, but there could have been changes with the website vendor. With SiteKiosk Classic as your current product, you can start with updating the client to the latest version along with the Chromium Update ZIP here: https://www.sitekiosk.com/sitekiosk-classic-windows-version-history/

If you have tested the update and the issue is not resolved, you can send these to support- america(at)sitekiosk.com for review:
- Configuration - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config (*.skcfg files, ignore *.skcfg.local)
- SiteKiosk Log files - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Logfiles (yyyy-mm-dd.txt files)

This did not work- I will attach the docs and send to sitekiosk support as suggested.
