Hi, I loaded the app on a multimedia kiosk, I restarted and from that moment on I always see a black screen.
Can i get help?

Hello,

there is no known issue and SiteKiosk Android only starts automatically on system restart if it was running before restart.

You may tap the home button in the Android status bar (if visible) 5-6 times in 3 seconds to check if the exit dialog of SiteKiosk Android is displayed.

The actual SiteKiosk Android version 2.11.8554 supports Android 5.x – 10.x

On Android devices the performance and stability depend heavily on the Android operating system the vendor installed on the device.
A lot of vendors make individual changes to the Android operating system they put on their devices.
These changes can have a big impact on performance and stability.

The best test results with SiteKiosk Android we generally have with Tablet devices making fewer changes to the original Android system from Google.
Since SiteKiosk 2.11 also on Samsung devices (as SiteKiosk now supports Samsung Knox).
