Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry. You can open the default application for that *.TIF file in Configuration>>Start Page and Browser>>Customize (Chrome Browser)>>Downloads>>File Action. Add a new entry and enter "File type" as "tif", "Action to be executed" set to "Open standard application for the file" and "Behavior after download", check "Autostart".
Ensure to check that the default application for *.TIF extension is Photo Viewer in Windows Settings. Based on this setting, Photo Viewer will open with the *.TIF file.
Best regards,
Andre.

I've actually done that and nothing happens. The log says there is no application associated.

Hello,
Is there a difference between settings you have entered for the file extensions like *.TIF versus *.TIFF? In Windows File Explorer, can you double click the downloaded file and Photo Viewer opens? Can you ensure you chose the right option in "Action to be executed" in SiteKiosk Configuration? Check the default program settings for file extensions in Windows again.
There are no direct executables to launch Photo Viewer and so all settings must point to Windows default feature for this file type. If this does not work, you may have to use an image viewer application like IrfanView - https://www.irfanview.com/ , where you can call a direct EXE in "Action to be executed" in SiteKiosk Configuration instead. (Not a promotion, just an example choice.)
Best regards,
Andre.

Windows opens tif/tiff files right away in PhotoViewer and SiteKiosk does when using IE which we can't anymore. I noticed the log files when selecting a tif to download are different. Thanks for the suggestion for the 3rd party application.
Google Chrome
[SiteKiosk] Notification: File 'C:\Users\Public\Documents\SiteKiosk\DocumentFragment_ deleted.tif' has no associated executable and can not be started.
[SiteKiosk] Notification: Download https://website.com/ViewDocumentFragment.aspx?DocumentFragmentID= deleted &SecurityToken= deleted finished successfully!

In Chrome is there a way to remove the Download Manager which doesn't seem to have a purpose for us and replace it with File Manager. That way I could direct users to File Manager and then select the downloaded file which will open in Photo Viewer. Download Manager just displays an HTTP link which isn't useful. Thanks
