Soporte de pedidos: Unable to open camera app

Dear all, we couldn't open the application Camera (windows APP) on a sitekiosk project. We tried to open with the UWP / command DOS / Powershell but still KO.
We could launch camera application without sitekiosk on tablet. (Microsoft Surface).
Could you please help us to understand? We allowed camera and microphone on the project but still KO.

Hello,

To start an application or UWP app, you can use the "Action (navigation, app, language, browser)" element setting. For example, from an image element.

Here you will also find a tutorial video (Applications) that basically shows how it works (with a normal EXE application, but it works similarly with a UWP app. You only need the UWP name then).

The setting "Allow camera and microphone access" under >Settings>Browser does not apply to external applications, but only to website elements in SiteKiosk Online.
In general, SiteKiosk has no direct influence on external applications, but there are two settings that can restrict their execution. Please see here for further information:
