Hello,

It may applies to the fact that SiteKiosk adds a hidden layer at the top of the screen to make sure that the Android task bar cannot be accessed.

That layer is invisible, a few millimeters high from top and usually has no further influence (on tablet devices which SiteKiosk Android is designed for) except that the touch input at the top of the display is blocked.
But a lot of vendors make individual changes to the Android operating system they put on their devices.

As the hidden layer cannot be deactivated you may enable zoom (e.g. 110%) at “-->Application-->Browser-->Settings-->Advanced Settings-->Zoom” to minimize the influence.
Or you check if there is any Android (display?) setting on your device having influence to the Zoom of the display
or if it works better when updating the Android system to a higher version than 4.x (e.g. 5.x or 6.x).

General notes:
SiteKiosk Android is designed to be used on Tablet devices.

On Android devices the performance and stability depends heavily on the Android operating system the vendor installed on the device. A lot of vendors make individual changes to the Android operating system they put on their devices. These changes can have a big impact on performance and stability, especially if the devices are in the low price range.
The best test results with SiteKiosk Android we generally have with Tablet devices making fewer changes to the original Android system from Google.
