Support Anfrage: Turn off Antisabotage

Hi there,

We would like to turn off antisabotage mode in our Sitekiosk cloud client.
Could you provide us the exact steps?
Where do we find the SiteKiosk configuration file as referred to in this thread: https://www.sitekiosk.com/web/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=24781?
Can this be done remotely?

Hello,

The antisabotage mode is not the cause of the problem, but a protective function.
It will be activated when a displayed website page shows potentially dangerous script behavior, such as repeated calls of the same (script) function (several times a second) or when a blocked window is opened again and again. More details should be visible in the log.

If you still want to disable this security feature in SiteKiosk Online, you can proceed as follows (the answer you linked refers to SiteKiosk Classic Windows with a local configuration file):

Open the project at https://sitekiosk.online and go to >Settings>Advanced
Select "Add setting" and enter the following under Path
security.antiSabotage.enabled

Then uncheck >Value
Then save and publish the project.

Thanks for the quick reply. Our application makes a lot of repeated calls to the server. This is intended behaviour and therefore we have to disable this mode. We will adjust the setting! Many thanks!
