Archive: Restricted User Account not recognizing Web Filter Site

We have a web filter (IPrism by St. Bernard) that cannot be accessed by the Restricted User Account. It goes straight to "Page Cannot Be Displayed". This is even with "Unprotected Mode". It only works when SiteKiosk is under the "Run Once" mode, but not under Autologin.
I tried to change the settings to have autologin configured to run as a domain account, but to no avail.

I assume you need to add the IP address of the web filter to the Internet Options of IE. This is a user dependent setting that needs to be done for each Windows user respectively.
To do this for the restricted SiteKiosk user, you need set the SiteKiosk user to unprotected using the SiteKiosk System Security Manager, log on to that user, make the necessary settings, log off and back on with an administrator user to protect the SiteKiosk user again.
