Archive: Timer error


our kiosks are daily rebooted at 1:00 a.m.
When this message appear at siteremote kiosks overview:

"6/19/2006 2:03:09 AM SiteKiosk Warning: Timer error: Script execution failed. (ID: 11). Error: 0x80010105",

during the next reboot at 1:00 a.m. next day the system is frozen at Restricted User Account screen and restart through the siteremote does not anything.

What this message means and how to solve this problem, please?

a timer error usually is nothing to worry about, in combination with a complete system freeze, this indicates a problem with your operating system.
Did the system freeze completely? Or are you on the desktop and you can still work with the PC and only SiteKiosk has not started? If later is the case, did you activate the SiteKiosk software watchdog in the configurtion on the advanced maintenance settings page?
Does this happen on a single PC or are some affected? If so are they images, is SiteKiosk the only application running on them?
