Support Request: No print entire doc or page

Description

Good morning I have an installation basen on Chrome engine and I execute a web server to provide PDF file to users. The environment is password protected and after login I access to a document list. I click on the link to view the doc and I think that the pdf doc is rendered in an image.
I need to print this image but I obtain only the portion displayed on the monitor instead the entire image.
What can be the issue?

Hello,

Please first check that printing of that particular document works correctly in other browsers (e.g. Edge or Chrome).

As you enabled printer monitoring please also check that you did setup/install the printer like described here if you use a network printer:

Otherwise you may just deactivate the printer monitoring for testing.

In case you configure a printer after installing SiteKiosk, you should set the SiteKiosk user to unprotected before setting it back to protected in order to apply the changes to the user. To do that, please use the System Security Manager of SiteKiosk.

You may also check in "Start Once" mode before you select "Auto Start" again.

If this does not help, please send a step-by-step description of how we can reproduce the problem by e-mail to

Please also provide the current SiteKiosk log (...\SiteKiosk\Logfiles) with information on when the problem occurred.
