Support Request: Emergency Mode

Description

Hello, I have updated Sitekiosk to the latest release because with the old licence

[deleted by Administrator. Note: Submissions will be entered in the public support forum. Do not post any personal data such as passwords or software license information.]

I couldn't see the edge browser ;I activated the unregistered version for testing and now I can't get out of emergency mode...what password should I put in?

Hello,

the emergency screen can be exited with the general password.

With the unlicensed SiteKiosk Classic version you can exit SiteKiosk without any password. You can leave the password field blank.

When you run SiteKiosk the edge browser is blocked for security reasons. You can / need to use the SiteKiosk Browser.

Hello,

there is no known problem getting out of the emergency mode.
Please provide a step by step description of what you tried and what messages you got (please do not post actual passwords in that description).
