Support Request: Not possible to logon Gmail with Sitekios engine (Chrome or IE)

Description

When Users logon to Gmal they get the alert(see attachted screenshot).

We tried both engines Internet Explorer en Chrome but stil not able to logon, we see that the newest version of Sitekios 9.7 still uses chrome 76... while Chrome is already in the version 80....

How can we solved this?

Hello,

This is not a matter of the Chromium CEF Version. As explained in the FAQ the issue is caused by Google because they excluded all Chromium CEF browsers from Gmail login.

Otherwise you can adjust the Chromium (Chrome) version in the User Agent settings to match the Chromium CEF version that is used in SiteKiosk (actually 76).
But we are also planning to fix this in the next SiteKiosk version to make sure that the Gmail Login works without editing the SiteKiosk configuration file.
