Support Request: Citrix Receiver - Http/1.1 Internal Server Error 43554

Description

I'm using Chrome Browser on Windows 7 x64. When attempting to login to a Citrix site (https://remoteapps.allina.com), I get the error 'Http/1.1 Internal Server Error 43554'. Please see the attached config file and an excerpt from the local SiteKiosk log files (below). When I stop SiteKiosk and browse to the website directly using Chrome (or IE), I'm able to login without any problems.

When I tested this I ran your config and then pasted "https://remoteapps.allina.com/" in the URL bar. I entered false credentials and a message on the login page stating "Incorrect user name or password" was displayed. The log shows navigation to https://remoteapps.allina.com/cgi/login. How can I replicate the issue? Do you get the same behavior you were seeing earlier if you just enter random test credentials or does it only happen after a successful login?

The error only occurs immediately after successful login. What is the best way for me to test or provide you with the information you need?

Could we do a remote session to troubleshoot this issue? It is specific to when SiteKiosk is running and works otherwise. Thank you, Brandon

I really need some help with this and it seems specific to SiteKiosk as it works without issues otherwise. What are our options for troubleshooting this?

Can you provide test credential for us to test your issue? Do not post any credentials here in the public support forum. If you can provide that information, please send it in an email with the steps to replicate the issue to ward(at)provisio.com.
