Description

Check the attachments in the Support Case. It does not work on the Sitekiosk user(Always reloading) but it works if i download and open it manualy or simply execute sitekiosk on a local administrator. I have also tried to change the security level -> Does not work. Windows 10 Fastboot is disabled.

Hello,

As it works in Start Once mode it seems to be an access rights issue.
By default the SiteKiosk user has “Read & Execute” rights in “C:\Program Files (x86)\...” and full access to the default download folder “C:\Users\Public\Documents\SiteKiosk”.

You may first check if the default download folder setting has been changed in your SiteKiosk cpnfiguration and in case it wasn't try if it works when providing full access to the folder containing the “javaes.exe” with using the System-Security-Manager (->Customized->Folder Access):

If that doesn’t help please send the following information and files via e-mail that we can check.
- Your SiteKiosk configuration (…\SiteKiosk\Config\YOurCOnfig.skcfg).
- The SiteKiosk log “…\SiteKiosk\Logfiles” with the information at which time & date the problem occurred
- A ZIP of the file “SiteKioskNG.log” from the folder “C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Temp” ([user name] = Windows user you started SiteKiosk within)
- The information which exact Windows version you use
- A screenshot of the installed applications (Control Panel-->Programs and Features)
- A step by step description to reproduce the problem
