Support Request: Unable to purchase Site Kiosk due to credit card information

Description

I am trying to purchase a copy of Site Kiosk Basic. When completing the checkout process I need to select a payment method. When I try to do so I am unable to edit the credit card information in our account, even though we only have one login.
The message displayed is "You do not have permission to change credit card information. Please contact the Administrator user of your customer account"

Can anything be done to fix this? I believe that we may have had another user account in the past but it was deleted.

Hello,

Provisio doesn’t create, add or delete users in the customer accounts. I checked your customer account and as far as I can see the user “IT Help” has no admin rights in your customer account (necessary to change / add credit card data).
But there is another user login for this customer account having Admin rights.

Unfortunately there is no other person in company other than myself who would have an account.
What I suspect may have happened is that another account we used to have, but which was deleted when the member of staff left, may have been the account you mentioned.

I have no login details for that account and so am unable to continue any further
