Support Request: Jumbled browser interface
Were getting certain websites or links that load incorrectly - the text and the pictures are all out of order and some are unresponsive.
for instance
https://www.dot.ny.gov/index will not load properly. We tried updating from IE 8 to IE 11 however the issue remains. Outside of the site kiosk software the page loads just fine. it's only when the page is loaded in your application that it loads incorrectly.
I tried to test this with your updated application however of course I get a message asking to register it before I can load the config file.
Can you either figure out why our pages will not load properly with our current version of Site Kiosk 6.6 or provide us with a temporary license for you newer version 8.0 so I can test and configure our 100 or so kiosk machine thought the state of NY at every rest stop and residency we have... please
