Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. You can get this message when secure connections may not be established due to using an older Android device (more so related to affected security keys). You can try to update the Browser on the device or any due pending security updates. You can test or compare with a newer model Android device.

Here are the system requirements for Android clients:

SiteKiosk Online: https://sitekiosk.online/help/en/SystemRequirements.html
SiteKiosk Classic Android: https://www.sitekiosk.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Android%20Quick%20Start%20Guide/en-US/default.htm?001-system1.htm

For more understanding, you can share the model and OS version of the device you are using.

Best regards,
Andre.

Hello,

Thank you for the update. Considering the OS version, there is a strong chance a system upgrade will be needed. Most cases, the older Android devices are locked into that OS version (no further updates). You can try these settings depending on the software being used:

SiteKiosk Online (Android 6 not supported): Project Settings>>Browser>>"Ignore browser certificate errors".

SiteKiosk Classic Android: Settings>>(Application Choice)>>Browser>>Settings>>"White List for Certificates".

Best regards,
Andre.
