Support Request: SiteKiosk 9.2 Win Unregisters itself after 1 day
We have been using SiteKiosk for a few years now without any issue but we now have a strange issue where the software unregisters itself after 1 or more days. It has been working fine for 3-4 years. This is happening on different builds of Windows 10. It originally worked successfully on Windows 10 2016 LTSB but the issues started occurring. We've since tried on Windows 10 20H2 as a test and it does the same.
Once we have registered the software - it all looks good, closes and restarts, and the terminal works as expected. 1 day later it's back into trial mode. Is there something we're doing wrong? We bought our 47 licenses in 2016/2017 so can't update to the newer software but this version 9.2 Build 3595 has always worked successfully.
