Support Request: Siteremote login

Description

We have bougt siteremote.
I now have challenges with my logon on siteremote.net

We used to logon with circlek
I also think i hadd a user with name dagatle.

Tryed to select forgot password but this fails.

Hello,

Since I can't find a team on www.siteremote.net with your email address, it seems that your team has been deleted (teams without a valid license are automatically deleted 60 days after the last license expires).

However, you can create a new team and then add your SiteKiosk client(s) and the SiteRemote license to the new team.
