Support Request: Sitekiosk does not auto login

Description

We are currently using sitekiosk on Surface Pros with LTE, but are experiencing an issue where sometimes the surface pro does not auto login to the service when the device is on wifi or LTE only. There is no issue if the surface pro is connected to via ethernet adapter.

SiteKiosk just uses the network connection provided by Windows. Does the same thing happen in Start Once and in Autostart mode? What do you see when this behavior occurs? Does it just sit at a Windows login screen? When putting SiteKiosk into Autostart mode do you use the Customized setting or the standard Autostart button?

It happens in auto-start mode. In start once, it mostly works normally. In auto-start mode, it usually works normally for 2-3 but then when you restart, it asks for an email address and password. It looks like it tries to log in with a microsoft account instead of the normal ad credentials. A user has to manually click on other user at the bottom left and then enter the account credentials that should be auto logging in.
