Support Request: SiteKiosk automatically unregistering

Description

We have a kiosk that has displayed the Registration screen a couple times in the past week. I reregistered it successfully but the screen showed up again a few days later. What could be causing this to occur on its own?

This can occur if the license was updated and the old license cancelled but the old license was still running or if the license is in use on too many machines etc. Please contact sales-us(at)provisio.com with your invoice number or license for more information.
