Support Request: Cannot download or show PDF with latest version

Description

We are using SiteKiosk on a totem, with a few website.
STarting from the update at the latest version (we were using an old one from 2020), we have problems downloading PDFs from a website.

It shows a Javascript Alert, and while on PC it's shown as it should, in SiteKiosk browser (Chrome) it's very small and impossible to read.

If I click on that link using a mouse/keyboard, it shows me an empty window (see attachment).

Hello,

let's start by clarifying what version of SiteKiosk you are actually using. For product you have selected SiteKiosk Online Client, but there is no 9.9 version of SiteKiosk Online, SiteKiosk Classic is on version 9.9, though. So which is it?
Also we need to reproduce the behaviour in order to analyze it. The webpage from your screenshots is behind a login. Please provide at least an example login and a step by step instruction of where to go and what to click to see the problem.
