Hello,

generally there is no known issue on windows 10 20H2 but SiteKiosk 9.6 is out of support.

However, here some general hints:
The message “waiting for services” usually displays max. 2 minutes while SiteKiosk waits for all windows services set to automatic start.
You first may check this FAQ for getting out of this situation to get access to the Admin accout again:
https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=364

e.g. first press these standard keyboard combinations to disable the keyboard blocker that is still active (as SiteKiosk was not started):
1st key combination
Ctrl left + Shift right + Backspace
2nd key combination
Alt + Shift right + Delete
Pressing these two keyboard combinations one at a time will disable the keyboard lock and allow you to use your keyboard again.
Make sure to press the keys of each combination simultaneously.

Then press CTRL + ALT + Del and log out.

When having access again you may do a repair or reinstallation and also install the accesspatcher again (necessary with older versions) – see:
https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=25283

Otherwise you should update to the most current SiteKiosk version:
https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/Downloads/Download.aspx?ItemId=1
(Please note that you can update for free within 12 months after buying your license. After that time period you need to buy an update license to use a newer version.)
