Support Request: staying connected.

Description

having an issue with my kiosk on a web page ( CANADA.CA) when the page fails, the link from the main menu gets changed and for some reason goes to a page that requires a user and password. also a couple of times a windows comes up and it says something to the effect that 10 attempts have ben tried to login and over 12000 sec and at this point I need to provide and emergence mode password which is my original code ( thankfully I still have that) only then will the system reboot and I have to then restart sitekiosk from scratch. Is this a issue with Site kiosk ?? is there a fix for this??
where is the log file so I can send it to you ( the license is the first one in my list file list that is getting effected)

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. The problem you described cannot be easily replicated (website crashing). To assist further, we will need:

- System information: Windows 10 Home, Pro or Enterprise? SiteKiosk version 9.7 build 5324?
- A copy of your Configuration file - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config (*.skcfg files)
- A copy of your Log files - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Logfiles (yyyy-mm-dd.txt files)
- Detailed steps on how to replicate to the issue.
- Send your information to support-america(at)provisio.com

Regarding the emergency screen error, that might have happened if there is a persistent program running in the background which SiteKiosk is trying to close. Your master password (first 11 digits of your license code including the dash(-) ) will be used instead of the password set in the configuration file. You will always have the option of using two or more passwords to unlock SiteKiosk. Your master password will be your last resort. Once you unlock SiteKiosk machine, you can go to your admin account to see if there is a program that needs to run.
